ברוכים הבאים ל״Do It – My Do List״ (״האפליקציה״) של Etrog Creative (״אנחנו״). השימוש באפליקציה מהווה הסכמה לתנאים אלה ולמדיניות הפרטיות. אם אינך מסכים להם, אנא אל תשתמש באפליקציה.

1. השימוש באפליקציה

האפליקציה נועדה לניהול רשימות ומשימות, לשימוש אישי ולשימוש בעבודה. מותר להשתמש בה בהתאם לתנאים אלה ולתנאים של חנות האפליקציות שממנה הורדה.

2. החשבון

  • השימוש באפליקציה דורש חשבון עם כתובת מייל שבבעלותך. הכניסה היא בקישור שנשלח לכתובת הזו, ולכן מי שיש לו גישה לתיבת המייל שלך יכול להיכנס לחשבון. שמור על הגישה אליה.
  • אתה אחראי לפעולות שנעשות בחשבון שלך. אם אתה חושד שמישהו אחר נכנס לחשבון, פנה אלינו.

3. התוכן שלך

  • התוכן שאתה יוצר באפליקציה שייך לך. אנחנו שומרים ומעבדים אותו רק כדי להפעיל עבורך את השירות.
  • אתה אחראי לתוכן שאתה שומר ומשתף, ולכך שמותר לך לשמור אותו. אם אתה שומר פרטים של אחרים (למשל לקוחות או מטופלים), עליך לעמוד בדין שחל עליך, כולל חובות סודיות והגנת פרטיות.
  • האפליקציה היא כלי לניהול רשימות ומשימות. היא אינה מערכת רשומות רפואיות, אינה מערכת הנהלת חשבונות ואינה תחליף לייעוץ מקצועי.
  • אין להשתמש באפליקציה לשמירה או להפצה של תוכן בלתי חוקי, פוגעני, או כזה שמפר זכויות של אחרים.

4. שיתוף

  • שיתוף נעשה בקישור הזמנה לאדם אחד, שתקף שעה אחת. כל מי שהקישור מגיע אליו בתוך השעה יכול להצטרף, ולכן שלח אותו רק למי שאתה רוצה לשתף איתו.
  • מי ששיתף רשימה או קטגוריה קובע את ההרשאה של כל משתתף (״עריכה״ או ״צפייה בלבד״), ורק הוא יכול להסיר משתתפים, למחוק את מה ששותף ולהפסיק את השיתוף. משתתף יכול לצאת מהשיתוף בכל עת.
  • משתתפים עם הרשאת עריכה יכולים לשנות ולמחוק תוכן ברשימה המשותפת. שתף רק עם מי שאתה סומך עליו.
  • יש לנהוג בכבוד כלפי משתתפים אחרים, ואין לנצל את השיתוף להטרדה או לפגיעה באחרים.

5. תקופת ניסיון, מנויים ורכישות

  • כל חשבון חדש מקבל 30 יום ניסיון חינם. תקופת הניסיון נספרת מיום פתיחת החשבון, ושייכת לחשבון (לכתובת המייל).
  • אחרי תקופת הניסיון, בלי מנוי: אפשר לצפות בכל המידע, למחוק כל דבר, ולהשתמש ב־Do It (הרשימה המיידית) כדי להוסיף, למחוק ולסמן משימות. שאר הפעולות – אחרי שדרוג. המידע שלך לא נמחק ולא ננעל.
  • אפשרויות השדרוג: מנוי חודשי, מנוי שנתי, או רכישה חד־פעמית לכל החיים. המחירים מוצגים באפליקציה ובחנות לפני הרכישה.
  • מנוי מתחדש אוטומטית בסוף כל תקופה, אלא אם בוטל לפחות 24 שעות לפני סוף התקופה. החיוב מתבצע בחשבון ה־App Store או Google Play שלך, ואפשר לנהל ולבטל את המנוי בכל עת בהגדרות החשבון בחנות. ביטול נכנס לתוקף בסוף התקופה ששולמה.
  • מנוי שנתי: מובטח לך חידוש לשנתיים נוספות באותו מחיר, גם אם המחיר למנויים חדשים יעלה.
  • מנוי או רכישה פועלים בכל המכשירים שבהם אתה מחובר לאותו חשבון.
  • הרכישות מתבצעות דרך Apple או Google, ויחולו עליהן גם התנאים שלהן, כולל בקשות להחזר כספי. אין באמור כדי לגרוע מזכויותיך לפי חוק הגנת הצרכן.
  • אין באפליקציה פרסומות.

6. קניין רוחני

עיצוב האפליקציה, הקוד, הלוגו והטקסטים שנכתבו עבורה שייכים ל־Etrog Creative. אין להעתיק, להפיץ או למכור חלקים מהאפליקציה בלי אישור בכתב.

7. זמינות והגבלת אחריות

האפליקציה ניתנת לשימוש ״כמות שהיא״ (AS IS). אנחנו עושים מאמץ שהשירות יפעל כראוי ושהמידע שלך יישמר, אך איננו מתחייבים שהאפליקציה תפעל תמיד ללא תקלות או הפסקות, או שמידע לא יאבד. מומלץ לשמור עותק של מידע חשוב גם במקום אחר. ככל שהדין מאפשר זאת, איננו אחראים לנזק שעלול להיגרם מהשימוש באפליקציה או מחוסר האפשרות להשתמש בה.

8. השעיה וסגירה

אנחנו רשאים להגביל או לסגור חשבון שמפר תנאים אלה או את הדין, ונודיע על כך ככל שניתן. אפשר להפסיק להשתמש באפליקציה בכל עת, ולמחוק את החשבון בהגדרות ← ״החשבון שלי״.

9. שינויים

אנחנו רשאים לעדכן את האפליקציה ואת התנאים, או להפסיק שירות מסוים. הגרסה המעודכנת של התנאים תופיע באתר ובאפליקציה, עם תאריך העדכון.

10. Apple

במכשירי Apple חלים גם תנאי הרישיון הסטנדרטיים של Apple למשתמש הקצה (EULA). Apple אינה צד לתנאים אלה ואינה אחראית לאפליקציה או לתוכן שלה.

11. הדין החל

על תנאים אלה חל הדין הישראלי, וסמכות השיפוט נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים בישראל. אין באמור כדי לגרוע מזכויות שהדין במדינה שלך מקנה לך כצרכן.

Welcome to “Do It – My Do List” (the “App”) by Etrog Creative (“we”). By using the App you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Using the App

The App is for managing lists and tasks, for personal use and for work. You may use it in accordance with these terms and the terms of the app store you downloaded it from.

2. Your account

  • Using the App requires an account with an email address you own. You sign in with a link sent to that address, so anyone with access to your inbox can sign in to your account. Keep it secure.
  • You are responsible for what is done in your account. If you suspect someone else signed in to it, contact us.

3. Your content

  • The content you create in the App belongs to you. We store and process it only to run the service for you.
  • You are responsible for the content you store and share, and for being allowed to store it. If you store details of others (for example clients or patients), you must comply with the law that applies to you, including confidentiality and privacy duties.
  • The App is a tool for managing lists and tasks. It is not a medical records system or an accounting system, and it is not a substitute for professional advice.
  • Do not use the App to store or distribute content that is illegal, offensive or infringes the rights of others.

4. Sharing

  • Sharing is done with an invitation link for one person, valid for one hour. Anyone who gets the link within that hour can join, so send it only to the person you want to share with.
  • The person who shared a list or category sets each person’s access (“Can edit” or “View only”), and only they can remove people, delete what was shared and stop sharing. Anyone can leave a share at any time.
  • People with edit access can change and delete content in the shared list. Share only with people you trust.
  • Treat other people in a share with respect, and do not use sharing to harass or harm others.

5. Free trial, subscriptions and purchases

  • Every new account gets a 30-day free trial. The trial is counted from the day the account was created and belongs to the account (the email address).
  • After the trial, without a subscription, you can view all your data, delete anything, and use Do It (the quick list) to add, delete and check off tasks. Everything else requires an upgrade. Your data is never deleted or locked.
  • Upgrade options: a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App and in the store before you buy.
  • A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. It is charged to your App Store or Google Play account, and you can manage and cancel it at any time in your store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
  • Yearly subscription: renewal is guaranteed for two more years at the same price, even if the price for new subscribers goes up.
  • A subscription or purchase works on all devices where you are signed in to the same account.
  • Purchases are made through Apple or Google, and their terms also apply, including refund requests. This does not limit your rights under consumer protection law.
  • The App has no ads.

6. Intellectual property

The App’s design, code, logo and the texts written for it belong to Etrog Creative. Do not copy, distribute or sell parts of the App without written permission.

7. Availability and limitation of liability

The App is provided “AS IS”. We make an effort for the service to work properly and for your data to be kept, but we do not guarantee that the App will always work without errors or interruptions, or that data will never be lost. We recommend keeping a copy of important information elsewhere as well. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage that may result from using the App or from being unable to use it.

8. Suspension and closing

We may restrict or close an account that violates these terms or the law, and will notify you where possible. You can stop using the App at any time and delete your account in Settings → “My account”.

9. Changes

We may update the App and these terms, or discontinue a service. The updated terms will appear on our website and in the App, with the date of the update.

10. Apple

On Apple devices, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the App or its content.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Israeli law, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction. This does not limit any rights the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
