דף זה מסביר איך למחוק את החשבון שלך באפליקציה ״Do It – My Do List״ של Etrog Creative, ואת המידע שקשור אליו.

מחיקה מתוך האפליקציה

  1. פותחים את האפליקציה ונכנסים ל״הגדרות״.
  2. בכרטיס ״החשבון שלי״ לוחצים ״מחק את החשבון״.
  3. מאשרים פעמיים.

אם עבר זמן רב מאז הכניסה האחרונה, האפליקציה תבקש להיכנס שוב בקישור שנשלח למייל, ואחר כך אפשר למחוק.

מחיקה בלי האפליקציה

שלח מייל ל־contact@etrogcreative.com מכתובת המייל של החשבון, ובו בקשה למחוק את החשבון. כך נוכל לוודא שהבקשה הגיעה ממך. נמחק את החשבון תוך 30 יום לכל היותר, ונאשר לך במייל.

מה נמחק

  • החשבון וכתובת המייל שלו.
  • כל המידע שלך בשרת: רשימות, קטגוריות, משימות, כרטיסים, יומנים, ספקים, הכנסות והוצאות, סל האשפה וההגדרות.
  • שיתופים שיצרת – הם מסתיימים ונמחקים אצל כל המשתתפים, יחד עם קישורי ההזמנה.
  • במחיקה מתוך האפליקציה – גם כל המידע שבטלפון.

מה עשוי להישאר

  • משימות ופריטים שהוספת לרשימה שמישהו אחר שיתף איתך – הם חלק מהרשימה שלו ונשארים אצלו.

Delete Account

This page explains how to delete your account in the “Do It – My Do List” app by Etrog Creative, and the information linked to it.

Deleting in the App

  1. Open the App and go to Settings.
  2. In the “My account” card, tap “Delete account”.
  3. Confirm twice.

If a long time has passed since you last signed in, the App will ask you to sign in again with a link sent to your email, and then you can delete.

Deleting without the App

Send an email to contact@etrogcreative.com from your account’s email address, asking us to delete your account. This lets us confirm the request came from you. We will delete the account within 30 days at most and confirm by email.

What is deleted

  • The account and its email address.
  • All your data on the server: lists, categories, tasks, cards, journals, suppliers, income and expenses, the trash and settings.
  • Shares you created – they end and are deleted for everyone in them, together with the invitation links.
  • When deleting in the App – also all the information on your phone.

What may remain

  • Tasks and items you added to a list someone else shared with you – they are part of their list and stay with them.
